Does Balega really examine every pair of socks?

Yes! Each pair of Balega socks is hand-inspected by our team of dedicated inspectors, named and pictured on each pair they examine. Compared to the industry standard of 1 in 50, every single pair of Balega socks is hand inspected by our dedicated quality inspection team to ensure they meet our highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Our sock inspectors take great pride in their work. That is why they are featured on the stickers of each pair of socks they inspect.

What is the warranty on Balega socks?

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all Balega socks

What is Balega shipping policy?

We do our best to ship all in-stock orders ship in 1-3 business days. Transit times are based on your distance from our distribution in Durham, NC and most orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

Additional Information:

  • Items are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • We don't offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories (Alaska, Hawaii, etc), PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple shipping confirmation emails with tracking information for each item.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we successfully deliver your order as promptly as possible. You can see which carrier(s) will deliver your order in your shipping confirmation email(s). 

 

How does Balega handle returns and exchanges?

Returns: Balega accepts returns of all products purchased through our website within 30 days of the original purchase date. To ensure we can promptly process your refund, please include the following when sending your return:

  • A copy of your original order confirmation
  • A brief note with your contact information

Before shipping your return, please contact us at help@4implus.com with the tracking number for your return package. This helps us monitor your return and ensure accurate processing.

Exchanges: Balega offers a one-year warranty on all products against manufacturer’s defects. If you believe your product is defective, please send it to the address below along with:

  • A copy of your purchase receipt
  • A brief note explaining the issue
  • Your contact information

We ask that you email us the tracking number, quantity, description of the items being returned, and what is needed in exchange (size/style/color) to help@4implus.com so we can process your exchange promptly.
